Located right on the lagoon, the view was stunning. the free kayaks provided a fun way to explore the crystal-clear waters. the camping experience was perfect for a family Christmas getaway.
The cleanliness of the toilets and the lack of mosquito control made the bathroom experience unpleasant. the staff was not very helpful and the lack of services on-site meant having to go to town for basic needs.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with different Mexican dishes served every morning. Being able to enjoy a tasty meal to start the day was a great way to kick off our New Year. the location of the hotel was perfect, with the bungalows situated close to the lake. The beautiful views and serene atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable experience. Plus, the free canoes provided by the hotel allowed us to explore the lake at our own pace, which was a wonderful bonus.
The presence of too many flies in the dining room, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy our meals. The other drawback was the size of the beds and mosquito netting.

Plus, the pier and the night sky were absolutely magical. The facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay.
